By using Beryl Aldas, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use our platform. These terms apply to all users including guests, registered users, and admins.

Beryl Aldas is a dual marketplace offering travel booking (flights, tours, hotels, visa) and tech product sales. We act as an intermediary between you and our travel partners and suppliers.

You must be 18+ to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Bookings are subject to availability. Prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦). Payments are processed securely by Paystack. Booking confirmation is sent to your registered email after successful payment.

Tours/packages: 48+ hours before departure = full refund. Flight cancellations follow airline policies. Tech products: 30-day return if defective or not as described. No returns on digital products.

All products are genuine and sourced from authorized distributors with manufacturer warranties. We are not responsible for manufacturer-related issues after the warranty period.

You may not: make fraudulent bookings, misrepresent identity, attempt unauthorized access, spam other users, or use our platform for illegal activities. Violations result in immediate account suspension.

Beryl Aldas is not liable for: airline/hotel delays, natural disasters, government travel restrictions, or any indirect/consequential damages arising from use of our services.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in Lagos State courts.
